Shoreline is badly eroded causing trees to fall into lake. <br /> 2. Work will be done to DNB specs. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> A. not contrary to public interest or rights of others. <br /> B. Work is necessary to preserve existing shoreline. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #393. Motion by Voges second by Dahlk to hold in abeyance pending <br /> clarification of requested setback from front property line etc. and <br /> consultation with Town Board. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #394.
