Parcel division, 23 years ago, caused residence to be non-con- <br /> forming. <br /> 2. Ordinance generally requires accessory buildings to be located <br /> 4' minimum from rear lot line on lots 60' or more in width. <br /> 3. Land adjacent to rear line is open farm land. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> A. Unnecessary hardship <br /> B. Variance is required to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> C. Not contrary to public interest or rights of others <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #388. Notion by Voges second by Dahlk to grant variance of 20' from <br /> required setback from raod as per finding of fact: <br /> 1. Problem was caused by acquisition of highway R.O.W. <br /> 2. Good cropland would have to be used if variance was not granted <br /> Conclusion: <br /> A. Unnecessary hardship <br /> B. Not contrary to rights of other or'b public interest. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #389 and 392. Motion by Dahlk second by Voges to hold in abeyance pend- <br /> ing counsoltation with the Dane County Corporation Counsel. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #390. Motion by Voges second by Dahlk to grant variance of 8' from <br /> required setback from 0/1 of road as per F.O.F. <br /> 1. Location farther back would require considerable' fill creating <br /> 'Ita steep bank and erosion problem to the rear. <br />
