MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> MEETING OF AUGUST 15, 1975 Page Lc <br /> #378. Motion by Dahlk, second by Voges to grant variance of 14' from re- <br /> quired setback from C.T.H. 'APB" and a 5' variance from left side yard re- <br /> quirement as per finding of fact: <br /> 1. existing residence is non-conforming creating a problem with the <br /> location of septic system <br /> 2. variances have been granted on both adjoining lots for side yard <br /> and setback. <br /> 3. garage will belocated behind the front of the residence <br /> Conclusion: <br /> A. unnecessary hardship <br /> B. variance is not contrary to public interest or the rights of other <br /> C. variance is necessary to provide rights enjoyed by others <br /> Motion granted. <br /> #379. Motion by Voges, second by Dahlk to grant a variance of 27' from re- <br /> quired setback from C.T.H. "S" and a variance of 29' from required setback <br /> from Neale Place as per finding of fact: <br /> 1. Existing residence is non-conforming <br /> 2. residence is at least 70 years old and bulling of both roads <br /> caused hardship. <br /> 3. location of septic causes additional hardship <br /> Conclusion: <br /> A. unnecessary hardship <br /> B. Not contrary to public interest or rights of others <br /> Motion carrried <br /> #380. Motion by Dahlk, second by Voges to grant variance of 20' from re- <br /> quired rear yard as per finding of fact: <br /> 1. Depth of lot and location of trees cause unnecessary hardship <br /> 2. open space is provided by additional land to rear of lot <br /> 3. variance is not contrary to public interest or rights of others <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #381.
