Addition will be on rear. <br /> 3. No increased vision problem. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> A. Unnecessary hardship caused by ordinance. <br /> B. Not contrary to public interest or rights of others. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #369. Motion by Dahlk second by Voges to grant a Special Exception <br /> Permit to replace concrete-work and sea wall as per finding of fact: <br /> 1. Shoreline erosion is causing damage to sea-wall and concrete <br /> boathouse. <br /> 2. Work will not extend into lake bed. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> A. Repair work or replacement is necessary. <br /> B. Permit is not contrary to public interest or rights of others. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #370. Motion by Voges second by Dahik to grant 30' variance from required <br /> setback from C.T.H. "DM" and an 81 variance from aggregate side yard <br /> . requirement as per finding of fact: <br /> 1. Existing buildings are non-conforming, variance is required for <br /> any remodeling, addition., etc. <br /> 2. Non-conformity would not be increased. <br /> 3. Water problem needs correcting. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> A. Unnecessary hardship caused by ordinance. <br /> B. Variances are not contrary to public interest or rights of others. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #371. Motion by Dahlk second Voges to grant a Special Exception Permit <br /> for a carport addition to a residence located in the flood plain as <br /> per finding of fact: <br /> 1. Addition will not expand residential use. <br /> 2. Neither walls nor electrical service will be included in the <br /> addition. <br /> 3. Addition is on side of residence away from river and is protected <br /> from flood-way by wooded area to the East. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> A. Permit is not contrary to public interest or rights of others. <br /> B. ,Addition will not substantially affect the flood plain. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #341. Motion by Voges second by Dahik to amend previous plan submitted <br /> on petition #341 to a 2-story addition which will include 4 bedrooms <br /> and a family room.
