Existing buildings are non-conforming, variance is required for <br /> any remodeling, addition., etc. <br /> 2. Non-conformity would not be increased. <br /> 3. Motion by Dahlk second Voges to grant a Special Exception Permit <br /> for a carport addition to a residence located in the flood plain as <br /> per finding of fact: <br /> 1. Addition will not expand residential use. <br /> 2. Neither walls nor electrical service will be included in the <br /> addition. <br /> 3. Addition is on side of residence away from river and is protected <br /> from flood-way by wooded area to the East. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> A. Permit is not contrary to public interest or rights of others. <br /> B. ,Addition will not substantially affect the flood plain. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #341. Motion by Voges second by Dahik to amend previous plan submitted <br /> on petition #341 to a 2-story addition which will include 4 bedrooms <br /> and a family room.
