MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> MEETING OF MARCH I., 1975. <br /> Present: Erickson, Dahlk, Voges. Also: Enger, Fleck. <br /> Meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. in room 226 by Chairman <br /> Erickson to conduct a Public Hearing as published in the notice. <br /> Motion by Voges, second by Dahlk to approve minutes of February <br /> 21, 1975 and March 1L , 1975; carried. <br /> The notice was read and the Public Hearing was opened. <br /> #339. Appeal by George P. Fitzgerald for a Special Exception Permit <br /> to construct three ponds on a parcel of land located in part of the <br /> SW� Sri of Section 11, Township of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: Mrs. G.P. Fitzgerald requested withdrawal of the appeal as <br /> D.N.R. had notified them they were opposed to ponds in this area <br /> because of danger of possible damage to "Northern" Spawning beds. <br /> Request granted. <br /> #340. Appeal by George P. Fitzgerald for a Special Exception Permit <br /> to build an accessory building in a flood plain, the parcel of land <br /> is located inthe SO4 SA1 of the Section 11, Township of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: Mrs. G.P. Fitzgerald purpose of the proposed building is <br /> for storage of boat, motor and other equipment to alleviate having to <br /> haul them 600 feet across the marsh to the river. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: none OPPOSED: none TOWN BOARD: not present. <br /> NO COMtMUTNICATION. <br /> #341. Appeal by Elwood Johnson for a variance from required setback <br /> from State Highway 134 as provided by Section 10.17 (1) of the Dane <br /> County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit and addition <br /> and remodeling on an existing residence located in part of the SEA, <br /> NEB of ction 36, Township of Deerfield. <br /> IN FAVOR: Elwood Johnson; purpose is to add a garage, laundry room, <br /> a roofed porch structure on the front and a new foundation with 1 <br /> foot addition to the North end of house and also to inclose an ! <br /> existing porch on the front of the residence. The proposed work will <br /> not encroach further into the setback than the existing residence. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: none OPPOSED: none TOWN BOARD: Vernon Mandt, <br /> Chairman, Town Board is in favor. NJ COMMUNICATION. <br /> #342. Appeal by Richard Larson for a variance from setback requirement <br /> from Morris Park Road as provided by Section 10.17 (4) of the Dane <br /> County Zoning Ordinance Variance is necessary to permit construction <br /> of an addition to a garage located on Lot 3, Morris Park, Township of <br /> Dunn. <br /> Applicant do not appear. <br /> #343. Appeal by Gerald E. Yelk for a Special Exception Permit to <br /> clean existing drainage ditches; construct dikes, ponds and new drainage <br /> ditches on a parcel of land located in part of the Sk SE--`4 Sec. 7; <br /> N' NE Sec. 18; NE!,21 MI Sec. 18; and the 2 NAI Sec. 18, Township of <br /> Sun Prairie. <br />
