Motion by Voges, second by Dahlk to grant variance of 26' from <br /> required setback as per finding of fact: <br /> 1. Topography and existing structures prevent addition to North and <br /> West. <br /> 2. Existing barn is non-conforming <br /> 3. Additionwill not create vision hazzard as road is straight and the <br /> addition will be in line with the existing barn. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> A. Case of unnecessary hardship <br /> B. Granting of variance is not contrary to public interest or rights <br /> of others. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #336. Notion by Dahlk, second by Voges to grant the Special Exception <br /> Permit subject to the following instructions: <br /> 1. Structure must be securely anchored to slab foundation by bolts. <br /> 2. The electrical "entrance" and all wiring and outlets must be in- <br /> stalled at a minimum of 4 feet above the floor. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #337. Motion by Voges second by Dahlk to grant the Special Exception <br /> Permit, carried. <br /> #338. Motion by Dahlk, second by Voges to grant a variance of 25' <br /> from required setback as per finding of fact: <br /> 1. Existing church is non-conforming. <br /> 2. Entry will be over exiling steps and stoop. <br /> 3. Will not create a vision hazzard as road is straight. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> A. Case of unecessary hardship. <br /> B.
