MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 20, 1974 <br /> Present: Erickson, Dahlk, Voges <br /> Also: Enger, Fleck <br /> Meeting was called to order at 7:30 P. M. in Room 226, City County Building <br /> to conduct a Public Hearing as published in the notice. Motion by Dahik, <br /> second by Voges to approve the minutes of August 16 and September 14, 1974, <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the Public Hearing was opened.. <br /> #303. Appeal by Bertil L. Nelson for a variance from setback requirements <br /> as provided by Section 10.17 (4) of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Variance is necessary to permit alterations and addition to a non-conform- <br /> ing residence. LOCATION: On Lots 1 & 2, Block 7, Hickory Hills Estates, <br /> Township of Albion. <br /> IN FAVOR: Mr. & Mrs. Bertil L. Nelson, with public sewer being installed <br /> bathroom facilities must be provided. The addition will also provide <br /> an addition to the kitchen. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: None OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Not present. <br /> #304. Appeal by Paul Holmes for a variance from rear yard requirements as <br /> provided by Section 10.07 (7) (a) of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Variance is necessary to permit an addition to a non-conforming residence. <br /> LOCATION: Lot #16, Block 1, Third Addition to Highwood Estates, Township <br /> of Albion. <br /> IN FAVOR: Mr. & Mrs. Paul Holmes, addition will provide laundry room; <br /> will not extend beyond rear of existing residence, sewer is being installed <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: None OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Not present. <br /> #305. Appeal by the Heritage Mutual Insurance Company for a variance <br /> from the distance requirements for signs as provided by Section 10.42 (3) <br /> (a) of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit <br /> an existing sign to remain at present LOCATION: In the NA NEL of Sectio <br /> 13, Township of Verona. <br /> Applicant did not appear. <br /> #306. Appeal by the Wisconsin River Sportsman Club for a Special Except- I <br /> ion Permit to build an addition to a building which is located in a flood <br /> plain area in the SW:1- SW4 of Section 23, Township of Mazomanie. <br /> IN FAVOR: William Ruland, President, T. Frey, Vice President and G.Sch- <br /> aller, addition will provide storage for trap shooting supplies.
