Fill shall not exceed the 850 foot elevation at the front, road-side <br /> of lot and shall slope gradually toward the lake. <br /> 4. Fill shall be seeded or sodded to prevent erosion. <br /> #302. Motion by Dahlk, second by Voges to grant the Special Exception <br /> Permit, as per the following conditions: <br /> 1. Fill depth shall not exceed 848.4 feet in elevation. <br /> 2. Fill shall extend, at the 848.4 foot elevation, at least 15 feet <br /> beyond the limits of the structure to be erected thereon. <br />
