Motion by Dahlk, second by Voges to grant the Special Exception Permit as per the following conditions: 1. Only clean fill shall be used. 2. Fill shall not be permitted within 30 feet of the shoreline. 3. Fill shall not exceed the 850 foot elevation at the front, road-side of lot and shall slope gradually toward the lake. 4. Fill shall be seeded or sodded to prevent erosion. #302. Motion by Dahlk, second by Voges to grant the Special Exception Permit, as per the following conditions: 1. Fill depth shall not exceed 848.4 feet in elevation. 2. Fill shall extend, at the 848.4 foot elevation, at least 15 feet beyond the limits of the structure to be erected thereon.
