Motion by Dahlk, second by Voges to grant variance of 40' as per <br /> finding of fact: <br /> 1. Proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> 2. Unique conditions. <br /> 3. Variance is necessary to secure for the applicant, rights enjoyed by <br /> others. <br /> 4. Variance is not contrary to public interest or damaging to property <br /> Motion carried. values. <br /> #296. Motion by Voges, second by Dahlk to grant variance of 3'4"„ as per <br /> finding of fact: Unique conditions. Variance is not contrary to public <br /> interest or damaging to property values. Fill shall not be permitted within 30 feet of the shoreline. <br /> 3. Fill shall not exceed the 850 foot elevation at the front, road-side <br /> of lot and shall slope gradually toward the lake. <br /> 4. Fill shall be seeded or sodded to prevent erosion. <br /> #302. Motion by Dahlk, second by Voges to grant the Special Exception <br /> Permit, as per the following conditions: <br /> 1. Fill depth shall not exceed 848.4 feet in elevation. <br /> 2. Fill shall extend, at the 848.4 foot elevation, at least 15 feet <br /> beyond the limits of the structure to be erected thereon. <br />
