MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> MEETING OF JUNE 21., 1974 <br /> Present: Erickson, Nolte, Dahl.k. Also: Fleck. <br /> Meeting called to order at 7:30 P.M. in Room 226 by Chairman Erick:on <br /> to conduct a public hearing as published in the notice. Motion by Dahik, <br /> second by Holte to approve the minutes of May 17 and June 15, 197)4. <br /> Carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #285. Appeal by Patricia A. Winters for a variance from the rear yard <br /> requirement and the setback requirement from a town road as provided by <br /> Section 10.12 (7) (a) and Section 10.17 (3) of the Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. LOCATION: Part of the NE'4 NE1 of Section 29, Township of <br /> Westport. <br /> IN FAVOR: Mrs. Patricia A. Tlinters, existing residence is r.gin-conforming; <br /> addition will provide enlargement of kitchen and a porch entry. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: Letters from neighbors presented. <br /> OPPOSED: None. TOWN BOARD: Jim Tierney, supervisor, no objection. <br /> #286. Appeal by R. C. Hanewall for a variance from the setback require- I <br /> ment from a Class A highway as provided by Section 10.17 (1) of the Dane <br /> County Zoning Ordinance. LOCATION: On Highway 51 in the S54 SF',r of <br /> Section 3)4, Township of Albion. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. C. Existing residence is non-conforming but <br /> is in good condition. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: None. OPPOSED: None. TOWN BOARD: Not Present, <br /> #291. Appeal by Billy J. Bauman for a variance from setback requirements <br /> from a town road as provided by Section 1.0.17 (3) of the Dane County Zonis <br /> Ordinance.
