LOCATION: On Interstate 90 in the <br /> N41- of Section 14 and in the SW4 Nor of Section 36, Township of Bloomi .g <br /> Grove. <br /> IN FAVf. R: Edwin Rooney, owns, Cave of the Mounds, necessity for signs <br /> to direct interstate traffic to proper exits. Proposed signs will not <br /> advertise per-se, but will show proper exits to take. State and Federal <br /> sign laws provide an exemption for publicly or privately owned "natural. <br /> phenomena". <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: None. OPPOSED: None. TOWN BOARD: Not present. <br /> The public hearing was closed. <br /> #285. Motion by Holte, second by Dahlk to grant variance of 1.2' from <br /> required setback as per finding of fact: <br /> 1.
