Also: Engel, Fleck. <br /> Meeting was called to order by Chairman Erickson in Room 226 to conduct a <br /> public hearing as published in the notice; time, 7:30 P.M. A motion to <br /> approve the minutes of July 20 and August 11, 1973 was made by Dahlk, <br /> second by Holte, carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> • <br /> #229. Appeal by Mrs. Linda L. Kling from denial of a permit to build a <br /> garage on Lot 2, Camp Leonard, Township of Dunn. Permit denied because <br /> setback from front lot line is less than required by the Dane County Zon- <br /> ing Ordinance. <br /> IN FAVOR: Mrs. Kling was represented by her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Dowdy. A <br /> plot plan and the deeds to Lot 2 and also Outlot "A" were presented. Pro <br /> posed garage will be located 20' back from front lot line of Outlot "A". <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: none. Appeal by Willis Wittwer for a Special Exception Permit to straighten <br /> the course of Flynn Creek ( Sugar River) in the NE% Nr:4 of Section 19, <br /> Township of Montrose. <br /> IN FAVOR: W. Wittwer; 'proposed straightening will correct the break-through <br /> of the river bank during high, water last spring which caused flooding of <br /> pasture-land. Because of the break the pasture has not dried out, -about 30 <br /> acres has been affected.
