Appeal by Herman Hoesly for a Special exception Permit to construct a pond within the Flood Plain of the Wisconsin giver on a parcel of land located in part of the SE4 of Section 13, Township of Mazomanie, T9N RbE. Iii FAVOR: H. Hoesly; .present aerial photo to show the location of the pond in relationship to the Wisconsin River. Water level is about 1.1t' below ground, no springs. It will be approximately 3/4 acre in size, will not have an overflow or affect the drainage ditch to the North of the property. Proposal is to build a 3' dike on the low side (North) of pond, connecting to higher ground, to prevent the river from backing up into the pond. OTHERS IN FAVOR: none. OPPOSED: none.
