Page 2 <br /> Dane County Board of Adjustment Meeting of September 15, 1972 <br /> #194. Appeal by Donald Anderson from denial of a permit to build an <br /> addition to a residence on a parcel of land located in the NEB NW4 of <br /> Section 6, Township of Roxbury. Permit denied because rear yard is less <br /> than required by the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> IN FAVOR: not present. <br /> #195. Appeal by Robert Holub from denial of a permit to construct a <br /> residence on a parcel of land located in the SE% NE4 of Section 31, Town <br /> of Windsor. Permit denied because rear yard and setback from water are <br /> less than required by the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Holub; lake projecting into lot made it very difficult to <br /> position house on lot and comply with the ordinance. House has now been <br /> positioned so as to provide the required rear yard but the variance from <br /> the lake will still be required. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVCR: none. OPPOSED: none. TOWN BOARD: not present. <br /> 1• #196. Appeal by Irving Quam from denial of a permit to construct a <br /> building on a parcel of land located in the SE'1 SE4 of Section 26, Townshi.. <br /> of Dunn. Permit denied because rear yard and setback from Class A highway <br /> are less than required by the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> IN FAVOR: I. Quam; a building constructed in only the conforming area of <br /> the lot would be of no value. The tavern to the North of the lot is only <br /> 45-50 feet from the tenter line. The Town Board has stated they were in <br /> favor because of the improvement to the lot. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: none. OPPOSED: none. TOWN BOARD: not present. <br /> #194. Again called; not present. <br /> The Public Hearing was closed. <br /> #190. Motion by Holte to grant, including Lot 6 for additional area, <br /> second by Dahlk, carried. <br /> #191.
