Enger, yes but it requires the Special Exception Permit. Elevations were presented. OTHERS IN FAVOR: Stanley Smyth, the residents of the area attended a meeting in May of 1972 in order to have the rules by D.N.R. clarified these rules placed much of our property in the flood plain with no compensation taxwise or otherwise. I am in favor of granting the variance. OPPOSED none. TOWN BOARD: not present. The Public Hearing was closed. #179. Motion by Holte to grant, second by Dahlk, carried. #180. Floor of proposed building is at 739.242' The proposed building is not located in the floodway. The building will be securely anchored to its foundation and will not restrict the capacity of storage of the flood plain. Second by Holte, carried. ,. •122. R. Aton appeal for a Special Exception Permit to build an addition to a residence held over in abeyance from the Public Hearing of May 21, 1971. Elevations were presented. Motion by Dahlk to grant as per finding of fact: Regional Flood Elevation at site of addition is 742' . Floor of addition is 741.586' The proposed addition is not located in the floodway.
