Elevations were presented. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: Stanley Smyth, the residents of the area attended a <br /> meeting in May of 1972 in order to have the rules by D.N.R. clarified <br /> these rules placed much of our property in the flood plain with no <br /> compensation taxwise or otherwise. I am in favor of granting the <br /> variance. <br /> OPPOSED none. TOWN BOARD: not present. <br /> The Public Hearing was closed. <br /> #179. R. Aton appeal for a Special Exception Permit to build an addition to <br /> a residence held over in abeyance from the Public Hearing of May 21, <br /> 1971. Elevations were presented.
