M. 19 72 with the following members present: <br /> Present: Messrs . Erickson , Dahlk, Holte. <br /> Also Present : Mr. Henry. <br /> Meeting held to deliberate the appeal by Town of Cottage Grove <br /> and Olger Graffin , a resident landowner of Cottage Grove , as t4I <br /> the interpretation of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance relativ:• <br /> to the definition of "Single Family Dwelling" as used in Secti'in <br /> 10. 05 (1) (a) of the Ordinance . <br /> Moved by Dahlk to go into Executive Session for the purpose of <br /> deliberation of the above appeal and the facts presented at <br /> Public Hearing on March 10 , 1972 . Seconded by Erickson and <br /> carried. <br /> Executive Session concluded at 9:45 P. M. <br /> Board of Adjustment reconvened . <br /> The Chairman discussed the question posed to him at the Public <br /> Hearing regarding his ownership of property is the Town of <br /> Cottage Grove. He stated that he did not feel that his proper y <br /> was affected in any way by the decision of the Board in this <br /> matter. <br /> The Board concurred that there was no reason for him to refrai <br /> from voting. <br /> The Board adjourned until Friday , March 17 , 1972 , at 2 :00 P.
