. • (1) That the interpretation of the term "Single Family <br /> Dwelling" as interpreted by the Zoning Supervisor be nullified <br /> and issue an order that said "Browndale" project is a use incon- <br /> sistant with the uses permitted in an A-1 AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT <br /> and further order that an application for the use intended must be <br /> pursuant to the requirements of Section 10.08 R-4 Residence <br /> District (1) (d) or by application for approval of site pursuant <br /> to Section 10.25 (4) of said Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> (2) That during the pendency of the appeal an order be <br /> issued to said "Browndale" organization requiring it to stop <br /> reconstruction of the buildings on said lands in the Town of <br /> Cottage Grove for the use .intended, by way of a -stay of•- all <br /> proceedings pursuant to Section 10.26 (3) (a) (4) , said Dane <br /> County Zoning Ordinance . <br /> Dated this 9th day of February, 1972.
