• <br /> APPEAL TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF DANE COUNTY <br /> ZONING AUTHORITY UNDER CHAPTER 10 OF THE <br /> 0RDINANCES OF DANE- COUNTY, WIS. <br /> We, the undersigned, Town Board of the Town of Cottage Grove, <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, as and for said Town of Cottage Grove, <br /> n <br /> and Olger Graffin, a resident landowner of said Town of Cottage <br /> 1 <br /> . Grove , by their. attdrney, Lloyd A. Schneider; of Mc 'arlan.d, Wis- <br /> consin, hereby appeal the interpretation of the term of 'said <br /> Dane County Zoning Ordinance relative to the definition of <br /> "Single Family Dwelling" 'as 'llsed' in Section 10.05 (1) (a) of <br /> said above mentioned zoning'•ordinence- and interpreted by the ' <br /> Zoning Supervisor, to the Board of Adjustment as provided in <br /> Section 10.26 (3) of 'said ordinance. ' <br /> Appellants represent that an error has been made in the inter- <br /> pretation of the term "Single Family Dwelling" by the Zoning <br /> Supervisor, thereby allowing an organization commonly known as <br /> tir "Bro ndale" to purchase lands in said Town of Cottage Grove and <br /> comm en e r c co.is tl uct_�., _ of farm ._ou. e S t__3ry on for use as abodes <br /> bodes <br /> or residences of emotionally disturbed children and for the fur- <br /> ther use of construction of numerous buildings thereon to be used <br /> as residences for said "Brorrndale" project , which appellants con- <br /> tend is a use that is only proper under Section 10.08 R-4 RESI- <br /> . DENCE DISTRICT, (1) (d) , of under Section 10.12 A-1 AGRICULTURAL <br /> DISTRICT (2) (c) as permitted after a public hearing as required <br /> by the provisions of Section 10.25 (4) , (Application For Approval <br /> Of Site) . <br /> WHEREFORE, appellants respectfully request that said Board of <br /> Adjustment hold a public hearing on this appeal pursuant to Sec- <br /> tion 10.26 of said Dane County Zoning Ordinance and make deter- <br /> ' <br /> • <br /> minations as follows: <br />
