jINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> Meeting of November 17, 1972 <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment met on November 17, 1972 with the <br /> following members present: Erickson, Holte, Dahlk. Also: Enger, Fleck <br /> Meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. in Room 226 City-County Building <br /> to conduct a public hearing as published in the notice. A motion was <br /> made by Dahlk to approve the minutes of October 20 and November 11, 1972. <br /> The Notice was read and the Public Hearing was opened. <br /> #201 Appeal by Arnold K. Hanson for a Special Exception permit to <br /> construct a building in the flood plain on a parcel of land <br /> located in part of Government Lot 2, Section 13, Township of <br /> Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: A. Hanson proposed building will be used to store boats, trailers <br /> and yard tractors and will be built to specifications required. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: None OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Not present <br /> #202 Appeal by Anita Blue from denial of a permit to build a garage on <br /> Lot 22, Second Addition to Oakridge, Township of Madison. Permit <br /> denied because setback from street is less than required by the <br /> Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> IN FAVOR: Anita Blue and Attorney John Clarke proposed garage cannot be <br /> located farther to the East without blocking front entrance and picture <br /> window. Existing driveway will be used with entrance to the east. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: None OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Mr. Schwengel, <br /> Chairman, no objection. <br /> The Public Hearing was closed. <br /> #201 Motion by Dahlk to approve Special Exception Permit as per finding <br /> of fact. (1 thru 8 attached) Second by Holte, carried. <br /> #202 Motion by Holte to approve 14' variance, second by Dahlk, carried. <br /> The meeting was adjourned. <br />
