The proposed building will be located within the flood plain limits <br /> of the Lower Yahara River. <br /> 2. The proposed building will not be located within the flood-way of <br /> the Lower Yahara River. <br /> 3. The use for which the building is intended is a permitted use <br /> within the zoning district in which it is to be located. <br /> 1 . The building will not be used for human habitation. <br /> S. The building will have a low flood damage potential. <br /> 6. The building will be firmly anchored to prevent floating away. <br /> 7. There will be no buoyant, flammable, explosive or toxic materials <br /> stored in the building. <br /> 8. Electrical service will be above the flood protection elevation. <br /> It is the finding of this Board that all of the facts are in <br /> compliance with the provisions of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance <br /> and do hereby issue a special exception permit to build an accessory <br /> building for storage to be located in part of Government Lot 2, <br /> Section 13, Township of Dunn. <br /> C <br />
