ORDINANCE AMENDMENT_ NO. 5556 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of BLOOMING GROVE The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blooming Grove be amended to include in the A-2(8) Agriculture and R-1 Residential District the following described land: Pet. #5556: Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 11, Town of Blooming Grove described as follows: TO R-1: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the said NE 1/4 of Section 11; thence N 00° 55 ' 20' West, 150.00 feet; thence S 43° 1 46" West, 86.11 feet; thence continuing S 43° 14' 46" West, 42.46 feet; thence S 87° 12' 40" West, 120.06 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S 87° 12' 40" West, 158.86 feet; thence N 01° 01' 48" West, 235.04 feet; thence N 87° 36' 15" East, 120.55 feet; thence S 45° 38 ' 21" East, 52.15 feet; thence S 01° 01' 48" East, 196.59 feet to the point of beginning. The above description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
