Boulevard <br /> Madison, Wisconsin 53709 <br /> Subject: Parcel No. 04-0710-111-8000-5 <br /> 4361 Sprecher Road <br /> Gentlemen: <br /> Enclosed please find the revised zoning map and <br /> description. <br /> The lands to be rezoned are Lots 1 and 2 of the proposed <br /> Certified Survey Map being filed this date for approval. <br /> The lands are presently being used for a rented single- <br /> family home on Lot 1; an electric substation on Lot 2; and <br /> the lands are cash rented on a year-to-year basis on Lot 3 . <br /> In an effort to reduce overhead and operation costs, the <br /> owner desires to sell Lot 3.
