Width shall be a minimum of 16 feet, but shall at no <br /> time exceed 30 feet. WisDOT-approved end sections are required. <br /> Culvert Requirement: Length 30 feet; diameter 18 inches. <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> You are required to contact the authorized representative listed below <br /> at 266-4011 before starting construction. THIS PERMIT IS VOID ONE <br /> YEAR AFTER THE DATE IT IS ISSUED. If construction is not completed at <br /> that time, the applicant is responsible for obtaining a new permit. <br /> Runoff from the driveway shall not be directed toward the roadway <br /> shoulder, nor shall the driveway obstruct drainage on the highway. <br /> Concrete driveways are not allowed to directly abut the edge of <br /> roadway pavements.
