If construction is not completed at <br /> that time, the applicant is responsible for obtaining a new permit. <br /> Runoff from the driveway shall not be directed toward the roadway <br /> shoulder, nor shall the driveway obstruct drainage on the highway. <br /> Concrete driveways are not allowed to directly abut the edge of <br /> roadway pavements.
