The commercial rezoning of <br /> the subject property threatens the environment, health, safety, and econom- <br /> ic viability and quality of life for current and future residents of the <br /> area and surrounding areas. Development of the land should be staged for <br /> development upon annexation and provision of urban services to the site as <br /> the land is in the City's Urban Service Area (see Exhibits D and E) . <br /> 5. The proposed rezoning is not in keeping with surrounding zoning in the <br /> City or the Town and would represent a spot zoning (see Exhibit F) . <br /> Based upon the proposed rezoning's inconsistency with the City of Sun Prairie <br /> Comprehensive Plan and its location within the City of Sun Prairie Urban Ser- <br /> vice Area, we strongly urge that this request be denied. <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this request.
