MINUTES - Board of Adjustment <br /> Meeting of December 20, 1979 <br /> PRESENT: Dahlk, Voges, Schwahn, Kruschke <br /> lill,:# ALSO PRESENT: Fleck. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dahlk at 7 : 30 p.m. in Room <br /> #224 City-County Building to hold a public hearing as advertised by <br /> Class II Notice. Motion by Voqes, second by Purcell to approve the <br /> minutes of November 15 and December 18, 1979. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. A request by <br /> Attorney M. Cherry, appeal #856, to be moved up on the agenda was con- <br /> sidered: Motion by Voges, second by Schwahn to deny; Attorney Cherry <br /> withdrew the request. <br /> #847. Appeal by Flad Development and Investment Corporation for a <br /> variance from the required parking as provided by Section 10. 18 (h) of <br /> the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to construct <br /> a restaurant at 3034 Fish Hatchery Road, located in part of the SW 1/4 <br /> NE 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Fitchburg. <br /> IN FAVOR: John Fled OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Telephone <br /> call from Bill Waldoch, Town Plann Commission requesting abeyance to <br /> provide time for Town review. <br /> #848. Appeal by Irving J. Matonik for a variance from the required <br /> setback from a road as provided by Section 10.16 (5; (b) 2. - of the <br /> Dane County Zoning Ordinance.
