Motion by Purcell, second by Voges to grant the 28 parking space <br /> variance from required parking subject to review by the Board of Adjust- <br /> ment 6 months after the business has commenced operation. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Proposed restaurant and other businesses in the shopping center <br /> have peak traffic at different times of the day. Restaurant <br /> will use parking spaces at night and weekends not being utilized <br /> by shoppers. <br /> 2. Required parking can be provided but only in the area which is <br /> included in the City of Madison Official Map for expanded right- <br /> of-way on C.T.H. D (Fish Hatchery Road) .
