Board denial action on July 26, 1979 was based on the fact that <br /> two lots could be created on said property with no variances re- <br /> quired. <br /> 2. City of Madison in their review required additional road right- <br /> of-way thereby reducing net lot area below county minimum lot <br /> size. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> a. Proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> b. Variance preserves the Zoning Ordinance as much as possible <br /> without injustice to applicant. <br /> c. Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> d. Hardship is caused by the Ordinance and is not self-imposed. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #459. Motion by Schwahn, second by Purcell to deny re-consideration. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #835. Motion by Kruschke, second by Schwahn to amend variance from 8 <br /> inches to 1.41 feet. <br /> FINDING OF FACT& CONCLUSION: <br /> Remain the same as previously recorded on October 25, 1979.
