Ultimately, a private swimming pool is a personal convenience and <br /> does not merit the same consideration as additions to residences, <br /> etc. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> Unnecessary hardship was not proven. Motion carried. <br /> #842. Motion by Voges, second by Purcell to grant a variance of 26 <br /> feet from the required setback from C.T.H. "H". <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Location of building is necessary to prevent unnecessary loss of <br /> of agricultural land. <br /> 2. County Highway has an exceptional wide right-of-way at this point <br /> and does not object to the variance. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> a. Proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> b. Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> (1111, interest. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #825. Motion by Voges, second by Schwahn to deny. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Proposed building could be located on the property without a <br /> variance. <br /> 2.
