Board of Adjustment - Minutes <br /> September 27, 1979 • <br /> Page 10 <br /> 2. Construction shall be as specified by the plan submitted <br /> by Mr. Aberg and which was designed by Gregory D. Held, <br /> engineering firm, dated August 6, 1979. <br /> 3. Construction shall occur only between July 1 and August <br /> 15 of any year to prevent impairment of spawning and undue <br /> erosion or siltation due to rainy seasons. <br /> 4. Maximum care shall be utilized during construction to pre- <br /> vent damage to the existing marsh or increase in siltation <br /> or erosion. <br /> 5. Heavy vehicles, ie: cement trucks, etc. , other than road <br /> maintenance equipment, shall not be permitted on the road- <br /> way during the spring thaw and specifically from March 1 <br /> through April 15 of each year. <br /> 6. Maintenance of road is not limited to a specific time of <br /> the year.
