MINUTES - BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> Meeting August 9, 1979 <br /> 4CPRESENT: Krushchke, Voges, Schwahn, Dahlk, Purcell <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck <br /> 1 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dahlk at 7:30 p.m. in Room <br /> #224 - City-County Building to hold a public hearing as published by <br /> class two notice. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #590. Remand from Dane County Circuit Court, case #159-300, Special <br /> Exception Permit #590 by Robert Aberg to place fill in the shoreland <br /> area of Swan Creek in the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Dunn. <br /> 1 <br /> . IN FAVOR: Robert Aberg, Dale Parker, Greg Held, Jack Frandy. <br /> OPPOSED: Richard Nordeng, Calvin DeWitt, Gordon Priegel, John Lampe, <br /> Ron Larson, Margaret Lawler. <br /> DUNN TOWN BOARD: Represented by R. Nordeng, Calvin DeWitt, John Lampe <br /> • <br /> and Ron Larson; opposed to granting of permit. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS: None received other than the letters entered into the <br /> record as exhibits #18 and #19 by Attorney R. Nordeng. <br /> The public hearing was closed. <br /> (11111f Concensus of opinion by the Board was that decision will not be rendered <br /> until after the Board has the opportunity to review the printed trans- <br /> script of the public hearing. <br /> Motion by Schwahn, second by Voges; Motion carried.
