Remand from Dane County Circuit Court, case #159-300, Special <br /> Exception Permit #590 by Robert Aberg to place fill in the shoreland <br /> area of Swan Creek in the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Dunn. <br /> 1 <br /> . IN FAVOR: Robert Aberg, Dale Parker, Greg Held, Jack Frandy. <br /> OPPOSED: Richard Nordeng, Calvin DeWitt, Gordon Priegel, John Lampe, <br /> Ron Larson, Margaret Lawler. <br /> DUNN TOWN BOARD: Represented by R. Nordeng, Calvin DeWitt, John Lampe <br /> • <br /> and Ron Larson; opposed to granting of permit. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS: None received other than the letters entered into the <br /> record as exhibits #18 and #19 by Attorney R.
