Minutes - BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> r <br /> Meeting of August 21, 1979 <br /> (111; PRESENT: Krushchke, Dahlk, Schwahn, Voges. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Fleck. <br /> The Board met at 9:00 a.m. in the City-County Garage to make inspection <br /> of the properties scheduled for public hearing on August 23, 1979. <br /> The following properties were inspected: <br /> #807. Lot 1, CSM 2528 - Section 23 , Town of Dunn. <br /> #808. Lot #13, Block #2 - Oakridge - Section 35, Town of Madison. <br /> #809. Lot #6, Block #1, Country Club Park - Section 36, Town of Dunn. <br /> #810. Lot #10 - Ole J. Quam Park - Section 25, Town of Dunn. <br /> #811. Lots 10, 11 and 12, Colladay Point - Section 23, Town of Dunn. <br /> #812. Lot #1, CSM 2718 — Section 21, Town of Roxbury. <br /> The Board returned to the City-County Garage. Motion was made by <br /> Schwahn second by Voges to request an independent engineering review <br /> of the proposed road by Robert Aberg - Appeal #590. If opinion of <br /> the Corporation Counsel discloses there would be no legal ramification <br /> to said review.
