MINUTES OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> MEETING OF APRIL 26, 1979 <br /> PRESENT: Voges, Dahlk, Kruschke, Purcell, Schwahn <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Baldwin, Fleck. <br /> 30 P/n <br /> Motion by Purcell, second by Voges to approve the minutes of March 22 <br /> and April 24, 1979. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #758. Appeal by Ken Mack for a variance from required setback from the <br /> centerline of USH 14 as provided by Section 10.17 (1) Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit location of a building at <br /> 8309 USH 14, NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 10, Town of Middleton. <br /> IN FAVOR: Ken Mack; John Fury, contractor. OPPOSED: None Randall <br /> V. Baldwin, Zoning Inspector, presented zoning record. TOWN BOARD: Not <br /> present. No communications. <br /> #759. Appeal by Don Simon, Inc. of the Zoning Administrator's interpre- <br /> tation of determination of "lot width" at the building line as provided <br /> by Section 10.01 (34) Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> IN FAVOR: Pete Karnisky, V.P. Don Simon, Inc. ; Arden Sandsness, Royal <br /> Oak Engineering, representing Don Simon, Inc. OPPOSED: L. J. Enger, <br /> Zoning Administrator. Randall V. Duppler for a variance from required setback <br /> from Range Trail as provided by Section 10.17 (3) Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance.
