Specified erosion control plan shall be implemented and erosion <br /> 1 control devices installed and approved by S.C.S. prior to issuan«- <br /> of zoning permits for buildings. <br /> 4. Construction of buildings within the erosion control area shall <br /> be staggered, time wise, to assure required berm capacity and <br /> 1 sedimentation loads. <br /> a. Buildings #1 and #3 shall be constructed first and final grad=s <br /> established and sodded, driveways blacktopped, schrubs, etc. <br /> I planted. <br /> b. Certificates of compliance may not be issued by the Zoning <br /> I Department until written approval of the completed soil erosion <br /> control and drainage pattern has been received from S.C.S. <br /> OTHER COMMUNICATION: <br /> Ed Brausen Lot #7, Block #3, Village of Windsor had requested the <br /> Board to hear his problem. He had built a garage and the Zoning <br /> Department had notified him that it was in violation of road set- <br /> back and possibly the rear hard also. After brief discussion the <br /> Board decided that as no formal variance application had been sub- <br /> mitted they could not render any decision. <br /> #509. Geraldine Frederickson SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 4, Medina. <br /> Construction of wildlife pond within 300 feet of a navigable body of <br /> water. Request for extension of permit expiration date. Permit had <br /> expired before Department of Natural Resources permit and contractor <br /> could be obtained. No change in plan, spoils will be deposited on <br /> upland outside of flood zone. Department of Natural Resources permit <br /> has been issued and contractor has his equipment on the site waiting <br /> to begin. Motion by Voges second by Schwahn to extend expiration to <br /> March 22, 1980. Motion was carried. <br /> Motion by Voges, second by Schwahn to adjourn. Motion carried. <br /> .
