BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT - Minute, <br /> November 30, 1978 <br /> Page 6 <br /> Motion by Voges second by Schwahn to grant per diem payment only, (not <br /> mileage) to Dahlk and Voges for an inspection they made of the Jerome <br /> Nonn property in Town of Berry during October 1978. Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Voges second by Schwahn; a variance appeal which has been <br /> denied by the Board of Adjustment may not be re-submitted for a period <br /> of one year from the date of said denial except on the grounds of new <br /> evidence or proof of change of conditions found to be valid by the Board <br /> of Adjustment. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Schwahn second by Voges that the Zoning Committee be requested <br /> to submit an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance as per the above motion. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion to adjourn by Schwahn second by Voges.
