Motion by Voges second by Erickson to approve the minutes of <br /> August 19; September 7 and September 13, 1977. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. Testimony was <br /> recorded. <br /> #596. IN FAVOR: Clarence D. Carpenter OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: <br /> Not present. <br /> #598. IN FAVOR: Glen Mack OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Robert Ballwe• , <br /> Chairman - no objection. DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY: Letter, no objection. <br /> #599. IN"FAVOR: Hebert Evert OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Telephone <br /> call from Chairman Gene Skaar; no objection. <br /> #600. Motion by Voges second by Erickson to hold in abeyance no longer <br /> than 10 days for further information. Motion carried. <br /> #598. Motion by Voges second by Erickson to grant a variance of 13 <br /> feet from required setback from centerline of CTH Y as per finding of <br /> fact: <br /> 1. Variance was granted to permit location of house when it was con- <br /> structed. <br /> 2. All of the residences in this area are as close to CTH Y. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 114 <br />
