Motion by Voges second by Erickson to grant a variance of 14 feet from required setback from the centerline of Earlwyn Road as per finding of fact: 1. Location of septic prevents location farther back. 2. Slope of lot would require building into hill if garage were far- ther back. CONCLUSION: a. Proven case of unnecessary hardship. b. Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. Motion carried. #600. Motion by Voges second by Erickson to grant a variance of 17 feet from required setback from centerline of CTH FF as per finding of fact: 1. Existing house is too close to CTH FF. • , 2. Project is designed to attract ducks and no other purpose is pro- posed. 3. Ponds are not directly connected to stream. Motion carried. #602. Motion by Voges second by Erickson to grant a variance of 27 1/2 feet from required setback from centerline of Breunig Road as per finding of fact: 1. Existing house is too close to road. 2.
