BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT - Minutes <br /> SEPTEMBER 16, 1977 <br /> Page 2 <br /> a. Proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> b. Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> c. Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #599. Motion by Voges second by Erickson to grant a variance of 14 feet <br /> from required setback from the centerline of Earlwyn Road as per finding <br /> of fact: <br /> 1. Location of septic prevents location farther back. <br /> 2. Slope of lot would require building into hill if garage were far- <br /> ther back. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> a. Proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> b. Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #600. Motion by Voges second by Erickson to grant a variance of 17 feet <br /> from required setback from centerline of CTH FF as per finding of fact: <br /> 1. Existing house is too close to CTH FF. • , <br /> 2. Addition will replace an existing porch. <br /> 3. Dane County Highway had no objection. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br />• C a. Proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> b. Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> c. Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #601. Motion by Voges second by Erickson to grant the special exception <br /> permit as proposed. <br /> 1. Project is being supervised by A.S.C.S. and application has been sub- <br /> mitted to Department of Natural Resources and is part of the Federal <br /> Wetlands Program. <br /> 2. Project is designed to attract ducks and no other purpose is pro- <br /> posed. <br /> 3. Ponds are not directly connected to stream. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #602. Motion by Voges second by Erickson to grant a variance of 27 1/2 <br /> feet from required setback from centerline of Breunig Road as per finding <br /> of fact: <br /> 1. Existing house is too close to road. <br /> 2. Addition will not extend the house closer to the road. <br /> 3. Addition will not increase danger to traffic. <br /> 4.
