Motion by Dahlk second by Voges to hold in abeyance to provide <br /> time for additional information and decision will be rendered no later <br /> than September 16, 1977, Motion carried. <br /> #591. Motion by Voges second by Dahlk to grant a special exception permi' <br /> for construction of ponds as proposed. Motion carried. <br /> #592. Motion by Dahlk second by Voges to grant a 6 foot variance from re <br /> quired side yard and a 45 foot variance from the required setback from <br /> waterline as per finding of fact: <br /> 1. Existing house is too close to water and side line. <br /> 1 2. Addition will not be closer to side line than the existing house.
