Motion by Voges second by Dahlk to approve minutes <br /> of June 17 and July 12, 1977. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. Testimony is re- <br /> corded on tape. <br /> #577. Appeal by Steve Hoppe for a variance from required right side <br /> yard as provided by Section 10.05 (7) (a) Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Variance is necessary to permit construction of a pool on Lot #50, <br /> Rambling Acres, Town of Blooming Grove. <br /> IN FAVOR: S.
