Dushack for variances from required setback <br /> from Reiner Road right-of-way and maximum height as provided by <br /> Section 10.17 (3) and 10.12 (3) Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variances <br /> are necessary to permit construction of a porch addition to residence <br /> and a garage/recreational accessory building on property located in the <br /> SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 25, Town of Burke. <br /> IN FAVOR: D. Dushack - presented petition from neighbors in favor. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: None. OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Not present. <br /> #583. Appeal by Jerome L.
