MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> MACH 18, 1977 <br /> Present: Erickson, Dahlk, Vogel <br /> 'b Also present: Enger, Fleck <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman Erickson in room <br /> 226, City-County Building; to hold a public hearing' as published by Class <br /> II notice. Motion by Dahlk, second by Voges to approve the minutes of Feb. <br /> 18th and March 15, 1977. Motion carried. The notice was read and the publi⢠<br /> hearing was opened. <br /> #553. Appeal by Lee Syvrud for a Special Exception permit as provided by <br /> Section 10.16 (7) (g) and Section 10.33 (a) (2) , (3) and (4) Dane County Zon <br /> 1 ing Ordinance. The Special Exception is necessary to permit filling and <br /> grading in a flood plain, shoreland area on Lot 1, Block 3 and Outlot 10, <br /> Lake Windsor Plat, Town of Windsor. <br /> IN FAVOR: L. Syvrud OTHERS IN FAVOR: none. OPPOSED: none. TOWN BOARD: no <br /> comment. <br /> #554. Appeal by Stainless Tank and Equipment Co. for a variance from re- <br /> quired setback from CTH TT as provided by Section 10.17 (2) Dane County <br /> Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit construction of an addi- <br /> tion to a building located in part of the S1 SE1/4Section 33, Town'of Sun <br /> Prairie. <br /> IN FAVOR: Telephone request from Stainless Tank and Equipment Co. for <br /> withdrawal of appeal; addition will be built in compliance with Zoning <br /> requirements. <br /> ##555. Appeal by Dennis Skogan and Kris Kubly for a variance from required <br /> setback from Seybold Road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) Dane County <br /> Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit an addition to a build- <br /> ing located in part .of the SW14 Section 25, Town of Middleton. <br /> IN FAVOR: Del Kubly representing Skogan and K. Kubly. Variance is necessary to permit construction of an <br /> accessory building on property located in part of the NIA114 SW14 Section 22, <br /> Town of Montrose. <br /> IN FAVOR: H. McDonald. OTHERS IN FAVOR: none. OPPOSED: none. TOWN BOARD: <br /> not present. <br /> #557. Appeal by Mildred Krause for a variance from required setback from <br /> Sunnyside St. as provided by Section 10.17 (3) Dane County Zoning Ordi- <br /> nance. Variance is necessary to permit construction of a garage on a parce_. <br /> of land located in part of the SA Section 18, Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> IN FAVOR: M. Krause. OTHERS IN FAVOR: none. OPPOSED: none. TOWN BOARD: <br /> Iry Guam, Chairman, Board and Planning Committee are unanimously opposed <br /> to granting of the variance; prefer 63 ft. setback. <br /> ##558. Appeal by Larry C. Daugherty for a variance from required distance <br /> from the intersection of Baxter Road and CTH BB as provided by Section <br /> 10.42 (2) (b) Dane County Zoning Ordinance.
