Motion by Voges, second by Dahlk, to grant a 150 ft. variance from <br /> required distance from an intersection as per finding of fact: <br /> 1. R.O.W. on CTH BB is extraordinarily wide at this intersection. <br /> 2. sign, to be of any use, must be lighted at night when club is open. <br /> an electric meter is provided at the proposed location but is not <br /> available at other locations. <br /> 3. sign must be located close to CTH BB to direct traffic onto Baxter <br /> Road. Club is located 0.8 mile North of BB on Baxter Rd. <br /> L . Dane Co.
