The bridge will he anchored by cables to prevent its washing down- <br /> stream in the event of a flood. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> • <br /> #549. Motion by Dahlk second by Voges to grant the Special Exception <br /> Permit to re-channel Black Earth Creek and fill in existing channel. <br /> 1. Proposed work is actually repairing erosion and placing the <br /> stream back into its original bed. <br /> 2. Work is necessary to prevent further loss of farmland. <br /> 3. Trees, bushes, etc. between the existing and proposed channels <br /> • will be left in natural state. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #276. The Dane County Board of Adjustment, upon remand and by direction <br /> of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and having heard the oral argument of <br /> • <br /> Attorney Howard Goldberg for the appellants, and Attorney F. Thomas <br /> Creeron III of the Office of the Dane County Corpoation Counsel, and <br /> specifically basing its decision only upon the argument of counsel and <br /> upon documents, information, and testimony received prior to its pre- <br /> vious decision rendered in this matter on May 9, 1974, after due consider- <br /> ation and deliberation, upon motion of Mr. Dahlk, seconded by Mr. Voges, <br /> 11:7/ unanimously adopts the following: <br /> • <br /> See attached findings of fact and conclusions of law. <br /> Harland Dahlk, <br /> Secretary <br /> • <br />
