MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> MEETING OF OCTOBER 21, 1977 <br /> PRESENT: Erickson, Dahlk, Voges. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Erickson in room #226 <br /> City-County Building to hold a public hearing as published by class II <br /> notice. Motion by Dahlk second by Voges to approve the minutes of <br /> September 16, and October 18, 1977. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. Testimony was <br /> recorded. <br /> #597. Appeal by David L. Kail for a variance from required side yard <br /> and setback from front property line as provided by Section 10.16 (6) (a) <br /> and 10.17 (5) Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variances are necessary to <br /> permit construction of an accessory building on Lot #36, April Hill, Town <br /> of Blooming Grove. <br /> IN FAVOR: D. Kail OPPOSED: Carol and Parker Mahnke TOWN BOARD: <br /> by William Voges, Supervisor - opposed. <br /> #607. Appeal by Robert Grady for a variance from required setback <br /> from North Greenway Road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) Dane County <br /> Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit an addition to a re- <br /> sidence located in the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 19, Town of York. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Grady; Gertrude Weisensel. OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: <br /> Not present. <br /> #608. Appeal by Francis Fox for a variance from required setback from <br /> Muller Road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) Dane County Zoning Ordi- <br /> nance. Variance is necessary to permit construction of a farm acces- <br /> sory building in part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 12, Town of York. <br /> IN FAVOR: F. Fox OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Not present. <br /> #609. Appeal by Rowan Hollis for variances from required setback from <br /> Branch Road and Elder Lane as provided by. Section 10.13 (3) Dane County <br /> Zoning Ordinance. Variances are necessary to permit addition to a <br /> tavern in the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 22, Town of Bristol. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Hollis OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Not present. <br /> #610. Appeal by the Zwingli United Church of Christ for a variance <br /> from required rear yard as provided by Section 10.13 (6) (a) Dane <br /> County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit construction <br /> of addition to a church on Lots #8 & 9 Block #28, Plat of Mount Vernon- <br /> Section 34, Town of Springdale. <br /> IN FAVOR: Robert Kollath, representing Zwingli Church OPPOSED: None <br /> TOWN BOARD: Telephone call from Chairman Phillip Esser, no objection. <br /> • <br /> #611. Appeal by Les Swanson for a variance from required setback from <br /> CTH "A" and Tower Road as provided by Section 10.17 (2) and (3) Dane <br /> County Zoning Ordinance. Variances are necessary to permit construction <br /> of a residential garage in the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 14, Town of <br /> Dunkirk. <br />
