MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT COMMITTEE HELD ON DECEMBER 20, 19 84 The Board of Adjustment committee met on December 20, 19 84 with the following members present: PRESENT: Voges, Miller, Krushchke, Schwahn, Harvey ALSO: Fleck. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Voges at 7:30 p.m. in Room #224 City-County Building to hold a public hearing as published by Class II notice. Motion Schwahn/Miller to approve minutes of November 15 and 28, 1984. Motion carried. 5-0. The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. #1321. Appeal by Ann Schlon & William Duter for a variance from required setback from road as provided by Section 10.17 (2) (b) to permit base- (' ment entryway addition to residence at 2967 CTH BB in the NE 1/4 - Lot #1, CSM 2739) - Section 7, Town of Cottage Grove. IN FAVOR: Ann Schlon & William Duter OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Telephone call Gene Skaar, Chairman Cottage Grove; Town Board - no objection. Dane County Highway: No objection #1322.
