MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT 4-111( COMMITTEE HELD ON JULY 26, 191 The following members were present: Voges, Miller, Kruschke, Harvey, Schwahn ALSO: Fleck. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Voges, at 7:30 p.m. in Room #224 City-County Building to hold a public hearing as advertised by Class II notice. MINUTES: Schwahn/Miller approve June 28 and July 24, 1973; motion carried. Unanimously. The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. #1272. Appeal by Ray Lenahan for a variance from required setback from road and rear yard as provided by Section 10.17 (3) (b) and 10.09 (8) (a) to permi addition to residence at 380 Munn Road in the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 36, Town of Madison.
