Side yard variance is caused by re-design requested by town board
to utilize the existing driveway.
CONCLUSION:
1. Proven case of unnecessary hardship.
2. Hardship is caused by the ordinance and is not self-imposed.
Motion carried. Unanimously.
#1273. Harvey/Schwahn deny, no appearances by applicant or agent; motion
carried. Unanimously.
#1274. Krushchke/Schwahn deny.
FINDING OF FACT:
1. Field inspection disclosed that there was adequate area to construe
the building without a variance.
