MINUTES OF TILE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> 14.110 COMMITTEE IIELD ON MINN 28. 19111_ <br /> The following members were present: Voges, Miller, Harvey, Schwahn <br /> Also: Fleck. <br /> Meeting was called to order by Chairman Voges at 7:30 p.m. in Room #224 <br /> City-County Building to hold a public hearing as advertisied by Class II <br /> notice. Motion by Schwahn/Miller to approve minutes of May 24 and June <br /> 26, 1984. motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. Testimony was re- <br /> cordfA on tape. <br /> #1264. Appeal by Steven Kalscheuer, agent for Smith Construction for a <br /> variance from required setback from road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) (b) <br /> to permit building as constructed at 3361 Brooks Drive in the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 <br /> Lot #1, CSM 4147 - Section 12, Town of Burke. <br /> IN FAVOR: S. Kalscheuer OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None <br /> #1265. Appeal by Earl Gluth for a variance from required setback from road <br /> as provided by Section 10.17 (5) (b) to permit a residential garage at 3403 <br /> Stony Crest Drive in the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 - Section 13, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: E. Gluth - revised location provides 35 feet setback alleviating <br /> road setback variance. OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Town Board in <br /> favor of amended petition. <br /> #1266.
