Special Exception Permit: Kruschke/Schwahn to grant the permit as <br /> proposed: • <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Fill is required on the left side of the lot to comply with flood zone <br /> regulations to permit construction of a residence. <br /> 2) . A minimal amount, 1 - 1 1/2 depth, of fill is necessary to meet flood <br /> zone regulations. <br /> (1010 3) . Proposed fill will not cause surface water run-off problems for the ad- <br /> jacent properties. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . The project as planned will not result in substantial detriment to <br /> navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, impairment of fish <br /> or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> #1253. Schwahn/Kruschke to grant the following variances for the proposed <br /> lots: <br /> Lot #1: 24 feet from required lot width. <br /> Lot #2: 30 feet from required lot width. <br /> Lot #2: 18 feet from required building setback from St. Cyr Road. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Existing lots in the area are as small or smaller than those propose' . <br /> 2) . Abrupt reduction in road width at SE corner of lot creates setback <br /> problem. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> 2) . Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> 3) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public in- <br /> terest. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #1254. Harvey/Kruschke to grant a variance of 7 feet, more or less, from <br /> required left side yard: <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Other residences in the area are as close or closer to lot lines. <br />
