C MINUTES OF TllE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT COMMITTEE HELD ON NnvrMFRFP 7R4 1984 The Board of Adjustment committee met on November 28, 19 84 with the following members present: PRESENT: Voges, Harvey, Schwahn, Kruschke ALSO: K. Connors, Fleck. ��- ."'(>2 3� Siam-r+2 /-rte. The Board met at 3:00 p.m. at the Stehr property 4980 Borcher's Beach Road - Section 33, Westport. Other persons in attendance: Attorney R. Lehmann representing Kaye Stehr; Brian Van DeWalle, Consultant Bernard Kennedy, Chairman and Robert Shepherd, Supervisor, Town of Westport. The November 15, 1984 decision of the Board of Adjustment requiring in- terim surface water run-off be located at the North side of the Stehr property was reviewed. Other aspects of installation of the necessary culvert, etc. , to maintain water run-off control were dicussed. Motion by Schwahn, second by Harvey to rescind Board action of November 15, 1984 pertaining to interim control of surface water run-off and re- quire the installation of a permanent culvert as per the following: 1) . A minimum of a 24" concrete culvert shall be installed along the North property line taking into consideration the well on the ad- jacent property and a proper approach to the lake. 2) . Extension of the culvert under the right-of-way of Borcher's Beach Road shall be in cooperation with the Town of Westport. 3) . The project shall be designed to accommodate a surface water run-off of 23 c. f. s. 4) . The inlet and outlet shall be designed to prevent erosion. 5) . Surface pending of water at the front of the Stehr property and the adjacent lot to the North shall be prevented by providing drainage via a grassed Swale or appropriate re-.installation of the 8" c.m.p. (,) . All hack-filled areas shall be thoroughly tamped. 7) . All dirturhed ,arean shall be needed with dormant seed, mulched with straw to a 7 straw depth and covered with jute or plastic mattin• staked in place as per manufacturer's specifications. 8) . The project shall he completed by December. 31, 1984 and shall be subject to final approval by the Board of Adjustment.
