Meeting was called to order by Chairman Voges in Room #224 City-County Building at 7:30 p.m. motion- Schwahn, Harvey to approve minutes of September 22 and October 25, 1983. carried. The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. #1196. Appeal by Hampshire Court Associates for a variance from required setback from road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) (b) to permit remodeling of an office building at 1801 West Beltline Highway in the SE 1/4 of Sec- tion 34, Town of Madison.
